Attorney Anne Zeitoun-Sedki serves as Of-Counsel for Gozel Law Firm.
She completed her Juris Doctorate at Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan. She received her bachelor’s degree from Fordham University in New York, New York in 2003.
Attorney Sedki holds bar memberships in the states of New Jersey, New York, and Ohio. Attorney Sedki specializes in U.S. Immigration Law. In the course of her practice, Attorney Sedki has represented individuals and organizations from all around the world in various immigration matters including family immigration, business immigration, employment-based immigration, and humanitarian-based services such as Asylum, Violence Against Women’s Act (VAWA), and U visa petitions.
She represents individuals before the United States Citizenship & Immigration Service (USCIS) nationwide, as well as in U.S. Embassies and Consulates internationally. Attorney Sedki also serves as counsel for individuals facing detention and removal proceedings before the Immigration Court and the Board of Immigration Appeals.
Attorney Sedki is closely involved in supervising all NJ-specific issues of Gozel Law Firm, and her oversight role includes providing and advising on any collateral NJ State law matters.
